As a highly regarded executive coaching professional, Vicky has spent over a decade developing people through education and training, in both coaching, mentoring, design and delivery. Whilst regularly coaching Senior Leaders and Directors, Vicky is also actively delivering ILM accredited courses for level 5 certificates and diplomas in effective coaching and mentoring and level 7 certificates and diplomas for executive and senior-level coaches and mentors. Also running MBTI programmes Vicky uses Myers-Briggs in her coaching process where necessary.

Vicky has a depth of experience covering general HR topics such as redundancies, disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and much more but also worked on strategic projects including managing change, teamwork, coaching, management, and leadership training and integrating equality, diversity, and inclusion practices into workplaces with tangible results.

Vicky particularly enjoys working with entrepreneurs and as such has worked with an extensive number of Managing Directors and Business Owners of SME’s and their teams delivering top class coaching with a focus on business growth, strategy and performance
