Leadership and Executive Coach, Learning and Development Expert, Independent Facilitator
Beth is a highly experienced learning and development professional with extensive knowledge in a variety of local and national roles largely within the UK sport and leisure industry. She has led and engaged teams throughout her career which ignited her passion for self-improvement and supporting individuals to achieve their full potential.
Beth’s experience in psychometric profiling and leadership training, as well as neurolinguistic programming (NLP), gives her a broad base of skills and expertise to support her clients in the way that best suits them. Beth works with individuals, leaders and teams at all levels to establish and deliver sustainable improvement in their performance. Beth was fortunate to represent Scotland in Rugby on many occasions and this experience has been invaluable in her development as a coach, enabling her to draw the parallels between high-performance sport and business. In addition to sports and the leisure industry, Beth’s client base includes financial services, the NHS and business owners.
Prior to becoming a coach and facilitator, Beth spent 12 years leading the coach and leadership development team within sportscotland, our national agency for sport. Beth’s work in sports development saw her operating at all levels, from grass roots to performance sport, she has a track record of creating high performing teams and striving to get the best from others. Beth often uses the medium of sport and the correlation with leadership development and team dynamics to engage and inspire those that she works with. Most recently Beth designed and delivered a bespoke leadership development programme for an organisation to assist individuals to perform to the highest level in their leadership role. The programme explored a range of development areas from developing a vision, creation of personal and team values to alignment of roles and responsibilities.
Beth is a seasoned facilitator and strategic thinking with the ability to facilitate even the most challenging of conversations that will inspire new ways of thinking, navigate change and support strategy development.
