Testimonial

“From the first session with Beth I felt comfortable and able to share my thoughts and challenges around helping the business and my team strive. As the sessions progressed Beth was able to probe deeper and challenge my thinking, to help bring out great ideas to implement in my working life, to keep pushing towards the aims and objectives we set out during our sessions. For many business owners or team leaders dedicating the time to think and reflect is difficult and for this reason I would recommend Beth to ensure there is a dedicated slot in your diary for thought and reflection to ensure you do not get caught up in day-to-day life and miss critical and sometimes obvious opportunities or indeed mistakes.”

‘I would recommend anyone who needs personal direction, professional development or support to refocus and plan to have some sessions with Beth. You will be amazed at how empowered and focused you feel at the end, yet the process felt as easy and comfortable as chatting to a friend. Her strength is also in being able to assess not just your needs, but how you will work best to achieve them. I have defaults that I fall back on, and there are times when Beth would not let me default to them, instead challenging me to approach points from multiple angles and with a variety of considerations.”
