Csaba, a qualified chef with experience across Hungary and Scotland, brings a flair for Asian-inspired cooking and a love of experimenting with flavours, resulting in unique dishes enjoyed by customers and the local community.

Veronika, whose background spans hospitality and sales roles across Hungary and internationally, brings strong customer care and problem-solving skills to the café. Together, they have created a warm, inviting space where innovative food and attentive service sit at the heart of everything they do.

As the business grew, the team recognised the need to strengthen their HR processes. Through three days of fully funded HR support via the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF), delivered through Stirling Council, The Atrium Café accessed tailored guidance to help formalise policies and ensure compliance as they continued to expand.
