Diploma Level 5 in Operational Leadership and Management
Course Overview
This programme is designed for new and experienced managers and operational leaders seeking to enhance their strategic leadership capabilities, organisational impact, and professional practice. It develops the advanced knowledge, critical thinking, and practical expertise required to lead high-performing teams, drive operational excellence, and contribute to long-term organisational success.

Mandatory commitment for this course is 9 workshop days and the completion of a learner portfolio.
