Our services are completely bespoke. We will work with you to make your coaching sessions fit around your schedule.
Session Length
Everyone is different so sessions may vary depending on what works for you. Our executive business coaching sessions tend to last for 1 – 2 hours.Â
First Session
We always start with a free 30-minute initial consultation face to face or on the phone, whichever you prefer. This is to answer any questions you may have and to create a quotation tailored to a bespoke plan.
Building a solid relationship is the way to effective business coaching.
When you use our coaching service we will focus on getting to know you and comprehend the entire setting you’re working, living and managing in.
We’ll then pinpoint what really matters and how to effectively achieve genuine change.Â
Some of our clients want to work from their office or from a meeting room in their office building, just to save travel time. We work with you to select a venue location, means of communication and times that work around you and your business. We’re here to impact your business positively and therefore pride ourselves in our ability to work flexibly.

STEP is ok but badly in need of investment to upgrade and renovate the place. Reception area &... front meeting rooms have obviously received investment but beyond that it's severely lacking. Floors a mess, corridors shabby, unkempt, building work rubble outside. Feel sorry for the tenants who pay rent!read more
